Based in Melrose Park, Illinois, Demco has been serving commercial customers since 1985, providing HVAC services along with specialized fabrication and commercial construction solutions.
Today, Demco is led by President and Chief Financial Officer Shelly Spata. Her leadership reflects the values that have helped Demco grow over the years: a commitment to quality, strong customer relationships, innovation, and finding practical solutions for every project.

Recognized as a Certified Woman-Owned Business
Demco’s commitment to women-owned business leadership is also formally recognized through two WBE certifications.
The company is certified as a Women’s Business Enterprise (WBE) through the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC), the nation’s leading third-party certifier of women-owned businesses. Demco is also certified as a WBE through the State of Illinois Business Enterprise Program (BEP).
These certifications verify that Demco is at least 51% owned, operated, and controlled by a woman and provide opportunities to connect with organizations seeking to build diverse supplier networks.
