Shelly Spata, CPA
President & CFO, Co-Owner
Shelly Spata joined Demco, Inc. in January 2022 as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). She became the majority owner in 2023.
In her dual role as President and CFO, Shelly leads strategic planning, financial management, and long-term growth initiatives. With deep expertise from her work in other business ventures and construction companies, her financial insight, operational understanding, and strong leadership position have positioned Demco for success in the years ahead.
Dan Spata
Vice President, Co-Owner
Daniel Spata began his journey with Demco, Inc. in 1989 as a delivery driver and worked his way up through the company ranks, becoming an owner in 2000. With decades of hands-on experience in the mechanical contracting industry, Dan brings unmatched institutional knowledge and technical expertise to the team.
For over two decades, he has been instrumental in shaping the company’s reputation for excellence in commercial HVAC and specialty sheet metal services.
Today, as Vice President and Co-Owner, Dan remains deeply involved in day-to-day operations, project oversight, and client relationships. His commitment to quality work, employee mentorship, and customer satisfaction has been foundational to Demco’s long-standing success.
